nzxt x-62 cooler am4 bracket not fitting x570 aorus master

my friend is building his 3950x build and is using an nzxt x-62 cooler and the bracket is not fitting the holes in the back of the mobo. he moved the screw holes to their inner positions and they still dont fit

his mobo is an x570 aorus master
