Budget gaming PC

I want a 500 dollar gaming PC for my friend, we live in Minnesota with a sales tax of 6.875%. I would prefer the parts to be from microcenter so I can go and pick them up but it's alright if its not. He plays things like Minecraft, fallguys and among us.
