What's a good price for a used 1080 ti or a 2070 super?

really need a new graphics card. I have an rx 560 which is stable but is so toaster tier that it drops frames in 2D games. I also have an rx vega 56 but it crashes several times a day, and even every half hour or so when playing games. I RMA'd it once but I don't think MSI did much with it...

I really wanted to get a 3080 or a 3090, but they're impossible for me to get. I don't see myself being able to get one until over a year from now, maybe even 2022. I don't like the idea of being stuck with my current GPU options until then, so I'm thinking about buying a used card to hold me over. I have a 240hz 1080p panel which I'm pretty happy with. I'm not too concerned about hitting 240hz, but I would like to be able to play games at max settings.

How much should I expect to pay for a used 1080 ti or a 2070 super? Also, I don't really plan on using rtx features until I get a 30 series card, but between the 1080 ti and the 2070 super, which one would you guys choose?

Thanks!
