Harmony OS 2.0

Will Harmony OS 2.0 Come to this years honor smartphones? As i have a Honor 9s and as they say Harmony OS 2.0 will be out for 128mb to 4gb ram phones on 21 April 2021. So does that mean old phones will get an upgrade or they will be the last honor phones to work on android 10/11 as EMUI 11 just came out now. Or can we be able to download the OS like Roms of android 10 for an android 7 phone and from random website like GitHub or will honor themselves give us or recommend us from their official website and give us a software to make it happen from PC or we need to make a software for old honor phone like recovery apps that let you load other Roms to your old device.

I wouldn't use honor's own software anyways. If you can, a Custom Rom is highly recommended to not give all your data to the CCP.
