Asrock ab350m questions

Hello, I just got my gf a 2600x with a Asrock ab350m for a $150. She is currently running a i7 2600k @4.7 with a gtx 1070. My question is this can I oc at all on a asrock ab350m? I have a Wraith prism laying around from my 3700x that I would throw on it.

 

also what's the highest I could go with ram on that mobo? Can I use Crucial Ballistix 3200mhz? I think is E die. Can I go higher?

The board's site says 3200 is the maximum that you can go, it could be an old rating and the  board could handle higher speeds, only way to know is to try, but it can run 3200, do note that anything over 2933 is techincally not guaranteed withzen +, but it shouldn't be a hard thing to get to.

You can manually overclock the kit, how far you can go and at what timings and frequency is something you can only know with testing.
