Z490 Unify mobo problem.

Good evening everyone,

 

Computer setup:

CPU: i7-10700

Mobo: MSI Z490 Unify

RAM: 32GB G.Skill @ 3600MHz Cl14

PSU: Seasonic Prime Platinium 1300W


Problem.

I had an issue with my graphic card 1080Ti Aourus Extreme edition. I've change it into some old Radeon ( 4550 )

When i put power button i see on mobo b3 what means   "DXE Progress Codes  B3 System Reset 

After few secounds my monitor is switching off and i cannot go into BIOS. All Loops working.

Need help
