USB devices disconnecting

Hello! Sorry for the time this is getting posted but I’m frustrated so I build a new pc and I’m noticing my usb devices are getting disconnected and reconnected my old pc didn’t have this so I now it’s not the cables I have done everything to USB power manegment to fast boot I would like to fix this as when I’m playing games my mouse keyboard speakers or mousemat get disconnected my pc list

Hello! I have updated bios, chip drivers and all usb
