Hi, This is my first post in the forum, Nice too meet you guys :D

so as you can see in the title, im really new in terms pc upgrading like this, and i need help about this,

my pc specs right now is

i3 8100

gigabyte h310m ds2

16gb ram

gtx 1060 6gb

corsair vs450 psu

i want to buy i7 8700 and rtx 2060, and i dont mind if i have to buy a secondhand product.. i heard that my psu might be underpowered and i dont know what to do...

i saw cheap 600w psu called imperion atx 600w with 8 pins that costs like 20$ XD which is cheaper than my current psu that costs 43$ in here.. should i buy that?

oh and also i use a 144hz monitor, so i aim to get higher fps than 60 :)

or if someone have another suggestion build for me i would be happy too :D

short answer: no, not in any build unless you are planning to burn something on fire. something like a cx550 is something inexpensive and is a pretty solid unit.

you could also go with a rx5600xt if you dont plan on streaming as it offers the same performance as the rtx2060 for less. or try to find a secondhand 5700xt for something that has more power.
