I'd maybe go for a cheaper option on the monitor, Maybe go 100-144Hz and smaller than 27". 1440p at 24" is really gonna look sharp with the increased pixel density.

With that extra money, you can probably use an extra 100-200W on your PSU. The new 3000 series cards look like power guzzlers, so even the hypothetical 3060Ti will fall into that category.

CPU looks like it'll be outdated before the PC's 6 months old, so go for the Zen 3 replacement when that's announced on October 8th.

Aside from that, looks like a good, mid tier system!

Is there a good 24" 1440p 100+Hz monitor that would be in my budget?

Something like this may be suitable, I didn't actually know, but it's pretty hard to find a 24" 1440p monitor!

So this is a 1440p 144Hz VA Panel, reviews look good, and it's £39 cheaper than the one on your list. Of course it's totally up to you, I was just trying to free you a bit of money up to spend elsewhere, maybe a PSU upgrade.
