I heard usually a 116 code has to do with a graphics card... and sense I received my 660 and had to RMA it I have been using a ATI Radeon x300se temporarily... it is a PCIe Express 16 card and I have it in a PCIe Express 2.0 16 card... is that a problem? Also I was running Windows Xp 32 bit fine with this card and then upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and the blue screens started coming? HELP PLEASE  :(

try uninstall and update driver to newest one, clean registry after uninstall and before install of gpu driver. Then make sure video card program use default settings. those the most common things to try.

Try this. It's an email that I got from AMD regarding this:

Hi Adam,

Before testing hardware it is best to rule out software first as a potential cause.
The steps below will guide you through the process of cleanly removing all AMD drivers and software and then reinstalling the latest Catalyst software suite.

Removing drivers:

  • Click the Start menu and Open the control panel then Programs and Features or Uninstall a program.
  • In the list select AMD Catalyst Install manager then click change.
  • In the window that opens click next and then select the option ‘Express Uninstall All AMD Software’.
  • Once this process completes restart the computer.

Driver/registry cleaning:

  • Run the installer package choosing the option for express install.
  • Once the installer completes restart the computer.

=======================================================

Let me know how you get on with that.
