Can't open boot menu on MSI board?

Trying to boot Windows 10 from usb, but when I press F11 the boot menu won't open and goes straight to the bios. I have flashed the bios and I have the USB on Fat32 so usb isn't a problem, help.

Did you create the USB using Rufus or the Media Creation tool?

I'm not familiar with MSI's Click BIOS system, but do you see your USB drive listed anywhere here as a UEFI boot device?

It says that it is recognized as a UEFI Fat32 usb drive
