Does the Cloudfare DNS 1.1.1.1 make any difference on Indian Networks?

My current ISP is BSNL.

One way to find out, give it a try!

 

Try your own DNS, then CloudFlare, then Google etc... 

 

See which of them give you the best results, then you have your answer for sure.

Run DNS Benchmark from GRC to see which is faster.

 

If your priority is privacy, then a slightly slower DNS might be better.
