I didn't hear about this brand before 馃

the cool guy X_X

I am building a budget pc with the :

1) ryzen 3 3100

2)gtx 1660 super

and I am tight budget so I found this psu :聽DeepCool DN500 80 Plus 500W Power Supply

I don't know if I can trust this brand with my pc components . If any one used the same psu or a similar one please tell me if it is good .

*this is actually my first build so I need to find the answer before putting everything together.聽

it's a Tier D聽PSU

I would go with CX550M, or anything tier B/C in that link

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

There is another psu which is the聽Cooler Master MWE 450W PSU Power Supply but the minimum wattage for the 1660 super is 450w and I may oc it a little bit.聽

deepcool is a known brand i only know and use them for coolers but i dont know about the psu's they make. but if i may give you some advise dont cheap out on your psu spend the $20-$40 extra on it. also for the same price as that 1660 you can get a used gpu because people are still panic selling their 10 series and 20 series

I can't because I leave in oman in middle east it is impossible to find a stock here . I bought my parts from newegg.聽

mabe you can snag a used 1070 for less than a new 1660 and then get a better cpu for the leftover money :)

you can refer to the list

450W is fine for a lower end rig

but if you plan to upgrade to higher tier CPU/GPU in the future, 550W is good

This is still a problem . I am buying these psu at a local store . There are these 2 only . And newegg doesn't have free shipping on psu . It will cost me to buy from new egg nearly 80 usd for just shipping !!!!
