Logitech G930 very quiet sound

I purchased these headphones but even at max volume sound is very quiet.

I installed latest version og logitech gaming software.

Googled a bit  for this problem seems I need earlier verion og GGS but can't find one.

Help is appreciated.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

What are you plugging them into?

 

Is it a software problem? Like windows volume low?

Via usb dongle over PC.No,windows and app volume is at max,but those are very quiet.

Try not using that dongle.

Ah. Then I'd probably return them. There's probably something wrong with how they're being driven
