What is better for web browsing? A few powerful cores or a bunch of weaker ones?

I mainly browse the web on my laptop. My current CPU (m3-7y30) struggles with some content heavy websites so I want my next thin and light laptop to give me a great web browsing experience. Intel tiger lake gets me a few powerful cores, and ryzen gets me a bunch of weaker cores. Which would you guys suggest?

You wouldn't notice the difference between those 2 CPUs.
