Hi I have an old 120mm Corsair aio from like 8 years ago but very used should I use that or a esports duo or other cooler of any type

I wouldn't trust an AIO that old.

Any air cooler will suffice, even the stock one.

its corsair so its a good brand, and i tried mounting it but it only supports old mounts anyway. what do you think about the esports duo?

It'll be a great cooler for that chip and probably handle an upgrade later like a 10600K or something of the like.
