HELP: Intel LGA 1150 socket cooler will be compatible with LGA 1200?

Is this cooler will be sufficient to i7 10700k? i'm not into overclocking yet.

It might. No harm in testing it. Worse case scenario is you need to buy a $50 CPU cooler.

Hi to all,

I'm planning to upgrade my ASUS B85m-gamer (LGA1150) motherboard to MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk (LGA 1200), my tower cpu cooler is Cooler Master 212x. In the cooler master website the compatibility is listed my old LGA1150 and new LGA1200. I really appreciate your answer guys i will not be worried to buy a new cooler when i upgrade my pc.
