Budget (including currency): CHF and euros

Country: Switzerland (CHF), Deustchland and France

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Films and gaming on TV 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I need the best performance for the less price so the game need to play at minimum 60fps in 1080.

I don't have a budget but less is better.
