How long can I run a hdmi cable?

The resolution I need is at least 1024x768

depends on wire gauge and quality

I'm running 10m HDMI for 1080p60 just fine, thick and heavy wire though, compared to most other HDMI cables that are shorter

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

HDMI actually carries a low power wire pair, so it can self power a relay.  Monoprice seems to have some good options for long runs -- just remember that the cable is directional and to test it before running through walls.
