Already tried ;)

Btw after using XMP my memory stuck on stock 2400MHZ. Maybe I should turn it off?

and.. at what timings exactly?

OP CPU temp was at 90c with 1.15v, ryzen 5 3600 is the CPU (with Pure Rock cooler, stock cooler is 105c)

at what load? if just gaming, re seat the cooler and re apply thermal paste.

As for the the OS, this is something im not really that sure as to why it corrupted.

Do u think maybe the RAM is too slow? 2400 for ryzen 5 3600 is a bit slow. Dont you think?

I Mean it is technically slow speeds for ryzen, but again what timings were you able to get with 3200?

CL26?! i mean what was the original timings for this kit exactly?

think OP just set frequency, didnt touch anything else, so the bios auto raised the timing based on latency of JEDEC spec(?)

frequency isn't the only thing that makes a ram stick, i mean for example a 3200 cl16 kit actually performs about the same as a cl18 3600 kit.

now that you're at stock again test. and re seat the cooler and re apply thermal paste. as those temps are quite high.

But the 3200 is an OC speed. It can be unstable.

he meant it as an example, just keep at 2400mhz for now

if possible, attach ryzen master screenshot here
