What about other stuff. Last time I enabled XMP with the OC i did my  PC didn't load up.

that's because the subtiming of the XMP couldnt be run at such high freq probably

try running stock first without any OC, with just XMP enabled.

im not too familiar with specific OC-ing parameters, so i can't comment on whether what you're setting is right or wrong.

But with 3.6MHZ i will get lower FPS. I Want to get MAX and stable from my components. And in XMP There are levels 1-3 which one should I enable

right now you're having issue, adding more potential point of failure is not a good idea, so at least get your PC working fine first before attempt OC-ing

im thinking of using another PC to grab the files

or use another hard disk to install windows on, and grab your files

or you could try the software repair and see if it works

it can happen if you dont validate your OC well and run them unstably

you might need other's assistance with this PC now if you dont have another one lying around

@TofuHaroto @Mateyyy any insight?

tl;dr:

Spec: R5 3600 + 2070S, RAM is 2400MHz 2x8gb(OC to 3200MHZ VIA BIOS)

- OP stated his game was stuttery

- OP ran 2400MHz ram at 3200MHz

- OP CPU temp was at 90c with 1.15v, ryzen 5 3600 is the CPU (with Pure Rock cooler, stock cooler is 105c)

- Opening side panel dropped temp by 10c (potential airflow issue)

- reseting bios caused OS to corrupt and be unbootable.

This is his OC settings(?):

I dont remember.  And also. I openned up BIOS rn and my cpu is getting 1.296 -1.3V and its on 41C .

Memory on 3200Mhz and getting

1.368 A/B volts

What is XMP and should I enable it?

My cpu clock control is set to auto

Memory Timing mode is set to normal.

My voltage settings: Dynamic VCore +0.186

Dynamic VCore SOC(DVID) is +0.186V

And my Dram Voltage A/B CH is set to 1.350V

it does not boot into windows?

shut down, power off from the wall, wait 15 seconds, then try resetting the CMOS manually by shorting the CLR_CMOS pin in the PC (normally bottom right in the motherboard, refer to manual) for 5 seconds.

I can just manually boot into other option and it works.
