Hi guys i have a 12 Volts 1 A DC Charger 

How long will it take to charge an 8.4 V 1 A DC Battery? Will it succeed or not?

Depends on both what type of battery the charger is meant for and what type of battery you have. Also, what the condition of the battery is.

Without knowing any of the underlying details, there's no good way of giving any definite answers. That said, charging an 8.4V battery with a 12V charger will most likely succeed in terms of charging the battery full. It will also overcharge the battery by quite a good margin and quite possibly set it on fire.

Since you're not telling me everything I asked, I'm just going to guess: the charger is probably for 12V lead-acid batteries, whereas the RC-car-battery is probably a NiMh-battery. Charging the NiMh-battery with the 12V-charger will ruin the battery and most likely set it on fire, because 12V is obviously a lot more than 8.4V.

I don't know about the charger because nothing is written on it accept the voltage and the battery is Ni-CD AA 1 Ah 8.4 V and i am currently charging it.

the battery is cool but the charger is warm about 50 Deg Celsius

Don't mix voltages it can go south very quickly

Overcharging NiCad severely reduces its capacity, so better not complain if it doesn't last as long as it did before.

It lasted long as much as it did before

Do not use a charger that is not the same voltage, amps do not matter.

Match the voltage or you could under charge or burn out the battery. You will be risk of personal injury, battery setting on fire, and or other things.

Generally, if it's a 12v charger, it will charge the battery to 12v. As @WereCatf said, that's obviously a lot more than the 8.4 rated voltage of your battery pack. Batteries are nothing to fuck around with, especially if they're lithium ion batteries. Batteries are energy storage vessels and if you mistreat them (such as over-stuffing them with energy) that energy can come out of the vessel very quickly as heat. I've had my fair share of battery fires and they are not fun.
