Is an RX 480 4GB good for 1080p 144hz gaming?

Hello! so I have a build with an r5 1600 af, 8 gbs of ram, and an RX480 4GB, I used to play in a 720p 60hz monitor, but recently I upgraded to an 144hz 1080p monitor, This is my first ever pc that I built over summer, and since im waiting on the monitor I had this question stuck in my head, like are my games gonna run 144fps + on comp settings, like cs, valorant, overwatch, r6?

I wouldn't expect to be hitting 144 fps in most modern AAA's

You'll probably hit 60-80 at decently high details. But I wouldn't expect it going anywhere near 144 unless you're playing at low for a modern AAA title.

I've got an rx480 8GB. I've been gaming on 1200p and recently 1440p. The card has decent peformance, but on a lot of modern titles it's a struggle to hit 60 fps unless you lower details.

 

Obviously 1080p is a little less resolution but 144 Hz will be hard to achieve with any consistency.

My roommate was able to run about 120 fps average with his ryzen 5 2600 and RX 580. It was a base model too, an Asus Dual.
