Dual WUXGA (1920x1200) monitor support for laptop

ConfusedShinobi

I'm using two Lenovo 24" 1920x1200 max output resolution monitors for my workspace. I'm trying to find a way to be able to connect the dual monitors and have them run at full res without necessarily having to buy a full docking station. The laptop I'm using is a Dell Inspiron 13 7373, which has one HDMI, 2 usb, one usb c with DP alternate port.

Related questions:
1) How do I know what is the maximum resolution that my laptop can support? I've purchased a couple of hubs before, and they would support atmost one of the displays in 1920x1200, but not both simultaneously. They usually say they can support dual hdmi and upto 4k.
2) Related question: how can I translate a hub's 4k display support capability to it's ability to support dual 1920x1200 display support? Maybe it's a simple method, but I feel like I'm missing something.

Bottom line: has any body tried something like this before? If so, what did you use, or what were you looking for? And how did you know your laptop/machine could support it?
