R6 isnt GPU demanding

that said, overall CPU usage at 100% isnt normal

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Yes I know, but my CPU keep using 90% and 100%. and my GPU use 10% or 50% i think is for GPU use more than CPU

and i want know. what i have to do for use less of my CPU

some games are heavier on CPU, some are heavier on GPU, there's no rule saying GPU usage must be higher than cpu usage

if you are cpu limited, limit the frame rate

Well, if you want higher GPU usage increase resoltion and/or graphics settings, if you want less CPU usage cap framerate below that, or... leave it as is because there's nothing fundamentally wrong.

Did you actually look in if it was the game using 100% CPU or something else you might run in the background also has high usage?

The game and the discord. Discond using 1 our 2% and the game 90%

Can you try resetting cmos? Maybe some setting in there is wack

But I might also suggest a fresh install of windows using a USB stick

Restart your computer and enter bios, go to the exit page and load optimised default

Did you reinstall it with a USB stick or with factory reset

USB stick

Try resetting cmos first

If you don't wanna enter bios, you can shut down your PC, turn off the wall power, then

1) short the CLR_CMOS pin for 3-5 seconds with a screw driver, it's normally located at the bottom right of the motherboard

2) remove the button cell on your motherboard, and wait for 1 minute before reinserting it. Normally located in the middle of the board, under the GPU most of the time
