PC starts in linpus linux lite can't choose boot

I tried to go back to and old version of my PC because he was becoming slow I choose  and now nothing open when I press del or any f1to12.

 If you want any other detail don't hesitate to ask


I really need your help, thank you 😢

It was windows that were installed on the computer before that happened
