problem about my refresh rate

Recommended Posts

Hello guys i have a question for you.

I got my new Monitor AOC C24G1 and i changed my refresh rate to 144hz but in games i dont feel the smoothness.

I checked and i saw that my Refresh Rate is set to 144.001hz.

Can that be the problem for me?

I tested the monitor at a different pc and it was smooth like wanted but when i got back to my pc it wasnt like that.

Thanks.

It's not becasue you set your monitor refresh rate to 144Hz that your system is actually going to be able to generate 144 new frames a second.

So, how many fps in game?
