Yeah, maybe should've saved that one for the end, to keep the suspense going... Still a great deal tho. Was planning on using a similar g.skill kit for an upcoming build, but with a deal like that, I'm probably gonna switch.

They both ave the same latency, frequency and from what I can tell neither are RGB. Is there something about their Elite lineup I dont know about?

Elite has special A2 layout and 16-18-18 rather than reference A2 and 16-19-19. It's $10 more for extra OC headroom and better binning

but yes it doesnt mean much to normal users

I wouldn't say these are great prices in canada,  Just closer to the prices they should be, and that you can find other places.

It's all relative, my friend. When you're used to paying 25% more than Americans for the same stuff, the you've got to cherish the little things. Also, a 53% off sale is good no matter where you're from.

Main PC:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X • Noctua NH-D15 • MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk • 2x8GB G.skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 • MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 3070 OC • Samsung 970 Evo 1TB • Samsung 860 Evo 1TB • Cosair iCUE 465X RGB • Corsair RMx 750W (White)

I'm Canadian also if you notices it today,  They aren't on sale it's there normal new price.  These products were over priced,  on all retailors. not just neweggs.  It's just newegg was the 1st to drop the price.

Also these are all shipped from the US with a $20 shipping fee, and who know how long.  Where as on amazon you can now find some of them for the price basiclly including shipping. Amazon has drop the price of the 1st one to $165 with next day shipping.

Don't get me wrong I'm glad for the price drop but it's just coming down to the price it should be.
