Is a Sony RX100 ii a good buy in 2020?

I've been looking for a pocket-able camera, just wanted to ask if a Sony RX100 ii would be good for amateur photography and taking 1080p videos.

It's 7 years old, and Sony has since released 2 refreshes of the RX100 series. What is your budget, and where are you located?

Getting a brand new one for ₹22,990(309 USD). I live in India. You can get the mark 3 for around ₹40,000(539 USD).
