Do I click allow?

Never went into bios before, I’m using all LL120 fans from Corsair, I was about to install windows but then when I went to exit and save this popped up and I don’t know if I should click yes or change something.

Can we get a picture? Sounds like the BIOS prompt that asks if you'd like to save your changes before exiting.

Oh yes, here you go

Well the LL120's are pwm afaik and not DC.

If you didn't change it, you could switch it back to auto and then hit save.

Well these are fan curves for the fans.

Set it to standard for now then save after than save the settings in the bios.

But then that’s where the initial question I had was, do I click ok on this or how do I change it to pwm, but I’m pretty sure it’s already in pwm mode

Well for now you could just hit save and exit and then check after you finish the build.

I’m taking that as I click ‘ok’ for it to change the fan from auto to dc?

Yes. As I said you could just click save and end.

Or you could reset the bios to default and then hit save and exit.

Click Cancel if it's saying it's going to change fans to DC.  Then go over to Exit at the top.  Then select Discard Changes and Exit.
