Not sure how to use these foil seals with my printer

Hi, I bought a pack of these at my local Staples store. I am using an Epson ET-7750 printer, loading via the rear feed. When I print using "Photo Paper Glossy" settings as recommended from a Google search the page comes out smudgy and wet. I don't know what I need to to, or what settings I need to use, to print to this.

 

I tried using my Brother black and white toner printer just as a test and that did not smudge, although I can't use that printer (it is printing everything color inverted for some reason, and it doesn't have borderless printing) and the packaging for the foil seals says it is for an ink jet printer, so I am thinking maybe I need to change some settings, but I don't know what settings those would be.
