Headset/Headphones recommendations

hk21x

Hi all,

Just after a bit of advice/a recommendation. I work from home, remotely, and work ~10 hours a day + 2-3 hours a day of gaming, and part of my role requires me to use Teamspeak and use it to speak to staff, so have to basically have the headset on 10 hours a day. I've currently got a pair of HyperX Cloud Flight's - which are a half decent headset, however they're showing their age (although only a year old, but I suppose my use case isn't their designed market).

I'm after a comfortable headset/headphones for long periods that are also great for "gaming" - the HyperX are fine, but their awful battery life and poor firmware/software really ruin the headset that is $130+ already.

Thanks in advance!

Mh751's have fantastic audio quality and microphone, plus they're super cheap. Otherwise: I would look into a pair of good headphones and a desk microphone to eliminate bulk. Like a pair of 599s and a snowball (just for example)

I like my Beyedynamic DT990s. They're only headphones, though.

They require a decent amp. So no it wont work for him. But the DT 770 32 or 80ohm will work. And just attach a modmic uni to it and you are good to go and got great audio quality.

PM or DM me if you have any questions about audio.
