AIO Liquid Temp not changing

I recently built a new PC with an NZXT Kraken X72 (360mm AIO). Now, for some reason the temperature of the liquid inside is always 32 ± 1 degrees C (Ambient right now is about 26C), even when the CPU (Ryzen 9 3800X, stock speeds) is running on 100% at 72C. Is the sensor of the liquid temperatur perhaps broken, or this is supposed to happen?

PS: Don't know is this is related but the CPU sometimes spikes up to 50C at idle and then dwindles back to 40C.

It means the cooler's doing its job. It's normal.

That's normal, it's just the aggressive boosting curves Ryzen (and modern CPUs in general) have.
