Sparks from loose PSU cable

When I turned on my PC the PSU cable was loose and there was some sparks coming from the back of the case. I turned everything off and plugged it back in and it is working fine. Should I change my PSU or is it OK?

Was it the power cable from the wall? It'll be fine, just make sure it's properly inserted.

First of all was it from the cable or the PSU? How old and which model is your PSU? Is it plugged in all the way

It was from the cable. It is a new psu and it is the silverstone strider 500w SST-ST50F-ES230 V2

Well maybe it could be the PSU never heard of it try a different cable
