Hyper 212 evo vs ATC800 RGB

Which cooler is better Hyper 212 evo or ATC800? i know the 212 has some pretty good reviews but i think the atc800 is underrated and not alot of people talk about how good it is. tell me what you think is better and why (any reason other than price please)

ATC800 is probably better. The thing you need to understand about 212 Evo is that its old cooler. Its been on markets for some 10 years. Being budget cooler, and at the time of launch pretty good at it, tends to gather good feedback. Evo has not been top budget cooler, or one to pick for a long time. Black Edition is bit better, but usually for budget coolers you look at Arctic eSports, Cryorig H7, Pure Rock and so on. Even newer UX200 and such.
