new to actually changing settings

So, i am attempting to actually get the most out of my hardware and was messing with settings to try and get my ram to clock at 3200mhz and from the research i did it does not look like i can do it with my setup. I have 4x8 ram kit from corsair its the CMK32GX4M4B3200C16 and im unable to use the built in xmp or whatever asus calls it. i was wondering if there was a way to get it to run 4x8 at 3200mhz or if there is a motherboard that would support it i know its not on the QVL for my motherboard listed below.
my hardware is
asus rog strix b450-f gaming
Ryzen 7 2700
corsair vengance lpx 32gb
RX 5700 XT
EVGA superNOVA G2 1000W
i have plans to upgrade my motherboard and CPU so if theres a way to get my ram running at the full 3200mhz with upgrades that would also be helpful.

Ryzen 7 2700

running 4 sticks at 3200 is a bit much for zen+ i would think

probably limited by the memory controller on the CPU

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

also the b450-f tops out at 3200mhz supported clock speeds which may have been tested by asus with only 2 dimms

So i would likley need to upgrade both motherboard and cpu to get stable 3200mhz across 4 dimms? which motherboard would be good i had already planned on getting the ryzen 7 3700X and i believe my option are either the b550 or x570

X570 if you want previous and later Gen.

B550 supports 3000 and up only.

Or wait for Zen 3 and 600 series chipsets.
