the power supply Tier list exists for people who do not know very much about power supplies. It just ranks them best to worst for your convenience.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

It really doesn't get any easier for the general public than that.

I already showed him the PSU tier list and he picked these out to be filtered

I'm not qualified to help him pick a specific model so I asked him to make a new post about it

I'd suggest looking for a 400-550W unit of actual decent quality. Those you picked are all crappy and you don't need 650W.

Look for a CX550, TX550M, Pure Power 11 400W/500W, MWE Gold 550W, or just something that's at least in tier B in the forum's PSU tier list, if that's easier for you.

The issue I have is, that your answer to the OP was to look at the PSU tier list, despite the fact, that the OP said, that he doesn't really understand the PSU tier list. That's like telling a blind person to just read the instructions. Telling the blind guy, that the instructions are really easy to understand, is kinda rude imo.

You definitely don't need a 600/650w. Wattge doesn't mean quality.

A decent budget unit like a cx550 will be more than enough.

Or a system power 9 500/400w. Or an MWE bronze V2 will be more than enough.

👎 👎 I would pick none of those you listed for a multitude of reasons....well mainly two reasons. Most of them either aren't even 80+ Certified it seems, and/or don't have the necessary protections listed to keep it safe, and your computer from going nuts and crashing. You can do a little better than this.

If you want us to suggest good PSUs from your region, we need to know what PSUs are in your region. So how about you post a link to the store you'll be buying from.
