System crash/freeze in sleep mode

A couple of weeks ago I changed the nvme memory of my laptop ideapad 5 (Ideapad 5-15ARE05 -Type 81YQ) for one with more storage capacity.
After installing windows, everything seemed fine, but there was a problem. Every time I close the lid or go into sleep mode, the system crashes or freezes and I have to force a shutdown to be able to use it again

I think it's a driver problem, but I can't fix it myself :(
