is there any wifi card/usb wifi adaptor with open-source drivers?

planning to buy an x200 or an t400 . gonna libreboot it and install parbola gnu/linux-libre . and im looking for a wifi card without proprietary drivers.

Such things used to exist.  So they would likely be available for at least older WiFi protocol cards.  I don’t know if they exist for ax let alone ac though.  I will watch this thread as well.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
