Is this a fake Ryzen CPU?

So currently a lot of Chinese sellers have been flooding my country's online selling platforms and selling Ryzen processors for a competitive price, are these processors cheap/safe? Might they just be tray-type processors? Or really good fakes? So far all the reviews reflect positive 5-star ratings, and the only 1-star reviews I've seen are from buyers who complain about the packaging but not at the processor itself. Here are some images, I hope some knowledgeable people can give some input on what these possibly are.

Those are probably excess OEM stock from system interrogators 

 

They look fine but if suspicious dont go for it.

 

try checking the id code for the processor your looking at if its a fake or strange id

Images could be as real as they could get, the problem is if they actually ship what they're saying. If a scammer is using photos of the fakes he's actually shipping less people will fall for it.

What is an OEM stock form system interrogator CPU??? How do I check for the ID code of the processor?

I mean, a buyer sent a CPU-Z screenshot, seems legit, but IDK honestly.

Are OEM or sample CPUs different from ones you can get at the local computer store?

 

Come to think of it, chinese AM4 motherboards have also been flooding the market recently, I might make a new thread in a while for it.

It is an OEM/tray processor, no fan/heatsink.  They are marked "not for resale" to limit shady dealers from selling them below retail.  Since the chips are labled 2017, they're probably just dumped.  $150 CAD on aliexpress.

Are they any different in terms of performance or whatnot? Because if not, I think buying them would be a steal/worth the risk for the price they are selling it for, even if it's without any packaging or CPU fan.

Are they safe to use vs ones from a shop? I mean, I don't care about packaging, and I still have an extra Gammaxx 400 I think I can build a system with it if there are no issues compared to ones being sold at local computer shops.

I thought it was from the seller. That being said, even that could be orchestrated if putten the effort. I don't mean to discourage you to buy it, it's just that I'm really skeptical about this stuff. Buying used parts not in person.

 

Take a look at the feedback of the seller to be on the safe side.

Well I only posted one, but there are actually tons of CPU-Z screenshots showing the same thing so it would be either all of the reviews are orchestrated or IDK, the seller seems reputable, just that... China has been known for some shady stuff so I was curious if this was fake or not. Anyways, can CPU-Z reports/analysis be faked???

The bigger question is how much are they asking and what is the difference between a brand new 3600

They can be grabbed online, or photoshopped. But if there are plenty of them I don't think this is the case

At the moment the cheapest 3600 here in my country would be at around 219.23USD, the 2600's are being sold at 122.93USD

Thinking that too, a lot of people have confirmed this but I'm skeptical and honestly don't want these circulating around my country's market if they are actually fakes

I'm talking about an engineering sample. This isn't an engineering sample because it uses retail / OEM packaging. If it was an engineering sample it's not a matter of overclocking it the physical silicon isn't as high quality.
