Intel Turbo Boost related to RAM Memory

Hi everyone.

Can someone help me with the following issue?

I have an i7-10700, asus prime b460 mobo, 24gb ram Corsair running in dual channel.

After testing game loading times and fps with turbo boost disabled and enabled I got to the conclusion that there's no noticeable difference.

So i disabled it because the Cpu is 20C cooler in game and the fans are not so loud.

But after benchmarking memory with passmark I saw that the memory mark score fell from 94% to 65%. (3545 pts to 2789 pts)

With turbo boost enabled it gets back to 95%

So, are there any settings in the Bios or somewhere else to keep memory performance while disabling turbo boost?
