i7 4790 upgrade vs Warzone?

So right now, I am getting around 80 FPS on warzone with drops to 45-50. I was considering picking up a used i7 4790(non-k) to maybe boost my frames. Would it be worth the upgrade or just spend the money else where. I have an i5 4590 right now with a 1060 6gb. I am not considering swapping to a new generation like any DDR4 generation. I am content with playing lowest settings @ 1080p, I would like to have consistant frames that don't drop below 60. Thanks!

TL;DR: Is an i7490 with a gtx1060 6gb good upgrade from i5

Short answer, yes it will be worth it imo.

The upgrade from a 4590 to a 4790 will be a pretty good upgrade considering you're moving from a 4c/4t chip to a 4c/8t chip which will help.

Despite having an i7-4790K, I don't have mine overclocked beyond the 10% "easy overclock" built into my motherboard, and Warzone ran fine enough while I still had it installed. I say "fine enough" because their code can be extremely inconsistent between Warzone updates and nVidia driver updates, so don't expect your FPS to be stable 100% of the time all the time, no matter what CPU you end up going with.
