Chrome full screen bug

Hi all, I have been encountering this glitch for over 2 months now, and it appears totally random to me and can be fixed with one or two refreshes. However it is getting very annoying, and not only happens to YouTube but also Google Slides presentation. Does anyone encountered a similar issue before?
Whenever I press fullscreen, the page just turns like this, with blurry text and buttons as if they were enlarged, and video also look lower quality. Same will happen for Google Slides. Searching on google did not return anything valuable. I did not update or modify any driver when this issue started and even updating both intel and nvidia's driver till latest did not help anything.

 

My system: Lenovo Leigon Y7000 2019 laptop

i7-9750H

16GB DDR4

1TB SSD

GTX 1650

1080p 60hz 15.6inch screen

Windows 20H2 19042.423 (Insider slow ring)

I do have an adblocker named Adguard installed as a chrome extensive but even removing them did not help anything. I tried reinstalling chrome also did not help. Chrome is updated from the settings page.
