R7 2700x stock freezes and loses all I/O

Hello, i have a very very strange problem, 2 moths ago my pc started behaving like this:

Just randomly (i am browsing with Chrome or writing code in IntelliJ 90% of the time on my pc) i first lose ethernet connection and after it in the same minute i lose all the usb ports and boom i need to reboot via the case reboot button. About a month ago i started getting bluescreen's with WATCHDOG VIOLATION, i knew it had to do with my cpu, so i just disassembled and cleaned all the components and built the pc again. BSDS went away but after the few weeks the no ethernet and then usbs die thingy started happening more often (aprox 4 times a day). I also noticed that my pc sometimes only when its night time after the screen goes balack stays on for couple of more minutes. What i need to replace in order to get my pc to work properly, or even better fix ot for no money (if possible). This happens both on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04LTS and Ubuntu 18.04LTS as well as WIndows10). As i am a developer i need my pc to be stable, and if possible it should cost me minimaly since i am a student trying to gather enough money to pay education.

BTW this hasn't happend for the last 5 days but somethimes when it happens my pc is unusable, in those days i just use my old amd A4 4000 pc (it can only run Netbeans and Chrome and thats it...its that bad)

CPU: R7 2700X

MOTHERBOARD: B450M-K ASUS

RAM: 2x 8GB HyperX Fury 2666Mhz

GPU: RX560 2GB GIGABYTE

PSU: Chieftech GPE700S

SSD: 860EVO 500GB

HDD: 2x WD BLUE 1TB 7200RPM

PS: My county is known for lowering the voltage from 220 to 200 or even 190 volts so you spend more KWpH so you pay more, thats why i got the Chieftech psu (Easter Europe optimesed, we use it in servers here a lot). Motherboard is crappy i know but it was a bundle with my ryzen 7 for 300EUR and i just couldn't skip it since i was broke at that time. I might get a new one anyways.

voltage difference if psu is good doesn't matter if you can enable xmp because ryzen cpus are very ram sensitive

if it was useful give it a like :) btw if your into linux pay a visit here

that motherboard is the problem. that motherboad is pure trahs and not meant to run that cpu. it can run 4 core cpu sure but not 8 core cpu. The VRMs cant handle your cpu

Updated bios to the latest version, tried all the version that are on the website still noting, I dont think the PSU is the problem, i am pretty sure the motherboard is toast.

under high load vrm is at 47C (stock cooler). What motherboard you guys recommend, i was looking at the Asus B450F strix (its the only one available rn and for other b450s i need to wait 20 days). Maybe a B550, or an x570. I will sell one application soon so i will have money to buy whatever motherboard is good (not some overpriced gaming board but a good one and stable). for psus i cant ask you guys bc market here is a little bit different form the EU and US (no corsair only chinese silver colored junk or cooler master or chieftech, importing isnt an option bc it will take 5+ months and then i am better just overpaying the cooler master...)

Should i get the https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Pro-WS-X570-ACE/, seems like a good one that should do the trick with no rgb (thank God).

Also i was thinking on upgrading the memory, what kit you recommend (Kingston's every model is available here, corsair not sadly).

Done everything except trying other psu, i will probably need to do it at some point but i need to borrow one from a friend since the one i have in the other pc is 400W same model series as in this pc (GPE400S). Return thingy you do in US doesn't work here...

EDIT: I forgot to mention i did not test another board! But will buy a new one 150EUR+ board and will see if it works
