PC freezes mid game sesh, HELP!!!

So in the last three months my PC that I have built about a year ago is giving me troubles. Every gaming sesh, about two hours in everything will freeze and I have to restart using my case button, some times it happens more than once a sesh. I've tried to troubleshoot this myself as well as asked other tech communities but to no avail. I have tried everything, you name it: uninstalling GPU drivers, updating GPU drivers, used a different GPU for awhile, formatting my windows boot drive and downloading new (updated) installation media, undervolting/clocking GPU, RAM, changed my outlet power cable, used different ram for awhile, checked all cable connections, and kept a close eye on all temps/speeds during gaming.

System Specs

R3 3200G

evga gtx 960 ftw 4G  (temporarily used gigabtye gtx 1070)

8GB 2666mhz Crucial Ballistics Sport ram (temporarily used 16GB 3000mhz Crucial Ballistics Sport ram)

Antec 450W nonmodular PSU

Asus b450 Prime CSM mobo

Kingston 256GB SSD

500GB WD Blue HD

At this point, the only hardware that is left to troubleshoot is the CPU, PSU, MOBO, and storage. At this point I'm considering just replacing parts and upgrading my PC till I find that stupid component that is giving me the trouble, but I'm happy with my system as it suits all my needs so it would be really nice to not have to spend alot just to fix this problem. Thanks, any help is appreciated!

I have seen simillar issues, considering with a faulty gpu which caused bsod for systems when someone walked in the room and floor even slightly vibrated of that, so could be some gpu issues.

Some EU input to Canadian IT :D

I play World of Tanks, I ran benchmarks on my 960 in Haven back when I first got it, no benchmarks on the 1070. I havent tried safemode yet though, if nothing happens in safemode, then what would that mean for my problem? Thank you

Im confused? From the floor vibrating it would make my GPU freeze? Then it would be the mobo slot right? And I've tried two different GPUs as well. The 1070 worked fine in the brothers system the day before and the whole year he has had it. Plz expand on what you said. Thanks
