It's from TYAN, as indicated by the links in their descriptions: https://www.tyan.com/EN/where_to_buy/usa

It uses dual FCLGA3647 sockets, as indicated by the Xeon Platinum 8180 CPU's.

And it looks a little something like this:

(With 11 PCIE slots it seems??)

Which visually, looks like that's the board used:

Although in another video we did see them using an ASUS board..

Don't remember which one was the final one but they did have to change mobo to get everything to work.
