Nvidia runs their cards by default around 83 Celsius. Depending on what model 2080 super you are buying, you should keep it below 80 most of the time.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

how do i keep the temp under 80? When I set a max temp in Msi afterburner nothing happens. The highest temp i have is 86°.

83-85c is the throttle point for turing iirc.

case airflow? idk what you mean. I have noticed that the case fans aren't pushing to much air. Can you change that  in the bios?
