RTX 2070 Super or 2060 Super on 520W PSU?

Will these both cards work on my PC? I'm currently planning on replacing my faulty GPU and i really need one right now.

 

PC Specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
MotherBoard: Gigabyte AB350m Gaming 3
RAM: Team Elite TForce Delta RGB 2x8 16GB 3200mhz
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 LED Turbo
Graphic Card: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1060 6G
Powersupply: Seasonic M12II Evo 520w
HHD: 2 Western Digital Blue 1TB
SSD: Wester Digital Blue 3D NAND 500GB
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 144HZ

wattage wise it's more than enough. 

it's just the psu is subpart at best and i wouldn't pair a 2070 super/2060 super with it. 

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

 

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

No wattage isnt quality. 

Wattage wise it's more than enough but the PSU is subpart. 

Go with what @Mateyyy's said. And get a 2060s/5700xt and a new PSU.
