Don't think so, you're out of options at this point except to take it to micro center or best buy.

fan spin but LED stuck at CPU for both motherboard, for both CPU?

check your CPU 8-pin power, see if it's plugged in well on both the PSU and motherboard

the PC mate might not be compatible with both CPU without a bios update, so that's prob not gonna work

unless u updated the bios

if so the asus board might be defective, if that's the case

I thought the PC Mate was compatible with Athlon 3000g out of box? Although i have a feeling i may have broke the cpu socket by pulling out the cpu

CPU - double checked

Motherboard - double checked (?) (one might be faulty)

RAM - double checked (?) (with two sticks right? not 1x16, and multiple slots)

GPU - double checked (APU and 2060)

PSU - double checked (though one had a single 4-pin EPS only, but should be able to post)

pretty much out of idea tbh

it's unlikely more than 1 thing is dead here, but it's possible

if you plugged in the display at the right spot (motherboard if APU, GPU if 3600) then it shouldnt be an issue

At this point, its either the CPU or the power supply. You should probably take it back to the service department.

Yeah I would just take it back and tell them to make sure the bios is current.
