Go to solution Solved by Gaires,

Start with updating the Nvidia drivers to the newest, if that doesn't work DDU the drivers and install them again. If the problem persists try a different cable.

My monitor sometimes keeps turning on and off but the power led still indicates it is on,i already try to reset the bios, disable all the oc i have applied, sometimes it fix the issue sometimes it continues. I try another mode of loadline calivration and still doesn't work, already check the Displayport and power cable.

One thing I'd at least try is uninstalling the graphics driver. If the problem still persists even on the generic windows graphics driver, then it's most likely a hardware problem. (Faulty monitor, or a bad cable (as Moonzy suggested))

If you determine that the display driver is causing issues, you could try lowering the refresh rate in the adapter properties. See if that helps at all.

This kind of goes without saying, but you should also check to make sure the graphics driver is up-to-date from the manufacturer.

I hope you're able to solve the issue.

Don't forget to post your solution when it's resolved.

How old is the monitor?

I had a really old Acer AL1706 that would flicker occasionally despite the power LED staying green, no amount of VGA cables worked. Eventually, it died due to a capacitor failing.
